Terms & Conditions

By engaging Le Marka Studio for any design service, whether by submitting an inquiry, signing a project proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all branding, identity design, and web design services provided by Le Marka Studio.

Le Marka Studio provides brand identity design, visual identity systems, and website design services. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a separate project proposal or agreement signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to, and not a replacement for, the individual project agreement.

All projects follow this sequence:

• Client submits an inquiry and we assess project fit
• A project proposal is presented, including scope, timeline, and investment
• Client signs the proposal and pays a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) to begin
• Work commences upon receipt of the deposit
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. A revision is a refinement of an approved direction; requests that represent a complete change in direction may be treated as a new scope of work.

Before full payment: All design concepts, drafts, and files remain the property of Le Marka Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form.

After full payment: Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client in full. Le Marka Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, on its website, and in marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (stock photography, licensed typefaces, icon libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for securing appropriate licenses for any third-party assets used in the final deliverables.

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Designate a single point of contact to avoid conflicting directions
• Review and approve deliverables within the timeframes outlined in the project proposal
• Ensure that any content or assets they provide do not infringe on third-party rights

Delays caused by late client feedback or unavailability may extend the project timeline accordingly.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. Le Marka Studio will not disclose your business strategy, financial details, or unpublished creative work to third parties without your written consent.

The initial deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it secures your project slot and covers initial strategy and research work. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement by the client, Le Marka Studio is entitled to compensation for work completed up to the point of cancellation, billed at a pro-rated rate. If Le Marka Studio is unable to complete the project for any reason, all fees beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Le Marka Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or damages resulting from errors in content provided by the client. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
